The Recall plugin runs entirely on your local network. It does not collect, transmit, or store any data outside of your infrastructure. Specifically:

• No project files, drawings, or details are uploaded anywhere.
• No usage analytics or telemetry are collected by the plugin.
• The detail index database is stored on your firm's local or network storage. We have no access to it.

2. What the website collects

When you visit recallplugin.com, we collect:

• Analytics data via Microsoft Clarity, which may include page views, clicks, scroll behaviour, and session recordings. This data is anonymised and used to improve the website experience. See Microsoft's privacy statement for details.
• Payment information is collected and processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. We do not store credit card details. See LemonSqueezy's privacy policy.

3. Information you provide

If you contact us via email, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and do not share it with third parties.
